Introduction of Resilient Seated Butterfly Valve
Resilient seated butterfly valve is also called as a concentric butterfly valve. It is made with a resilient or rubber seat located between the internal wall of the butterfly valve and the outer diameter of the disc. The seat is usually made from EPDM rubber or nitrile rubber (BUNA-N).
This valve is widely used in water, wastewater, and other fluid industrial operations. It is ideal for process media that have few impurities as the butterfly or disc is in contact with the valve seat.
Because of its design and make, the valve is a reliable, light, and cost-efficient solution for high-pressure applications.
