Introduction of High-pressure Gate Valve
A high-pressure gate valve is a very strong valve made specifically to achieve a positive seal in high-pressure operations. It is generally made from robust materials, such as forged steel, carbon steel, and stainless steel. It also comes with other features to endure severe environments and to prolong service life.
This valve type usually comes with a pressure seal bonnet. This is especially suitable for applications with pressures at least 2250 PSI.
Since it is very resilient, a high-pressure gate valve is the first option for severe working conditions. Some examples are hydrocarbon processing, chlorine manufacturing, wastewater treatment, oil refineries, and other industrial applications.
