Pressure Seal Gate Valve
Pressure Seal Gate Valve
Well performanced pressure seal gate valve can be found in here for your application that has a system pressure exceeding 500 PSI
Introduction of Pressure Seal Gate Valve
A pressure seal gate valve is manufactured in a way that it offers special benefits compared to the traditional bolted body and bonnet sealing method. A pressure seal uses a system pressure that gives enough force against the internal diameter (ID) of the valve and the bonnet. As the pressure goes up, the force on the gasket of the pressure seal goes up as well.
Since this sealing method depends on the system pressure, this valve is most suitable in applications with system pressures of more than 500 PSI. Because of this, the valve is often used in applications with relatively high pressures. These include chemical plants, pulp and paper, refineries, and power generation.
